Цитата:
By entering the hall, you are figuratively entering the womb of Daizuigu Bosatsu, a female Bodhisattva who has the power to grant any human wish. It’s called tainai-meguri. Tainai means womb. You had returned to womb of Daizuigu Bosatsu. This is the official homepage of the temple that explain it in Japanese. http://www.kiyomizudera.or.jp/tainai.html That says “Return to the womb of great merciful mother. When you find a light in the dark you will realize you are newborn again. There is a Sanskrit character that symbolized Daizuigu Bosatsu on the stone. Turn the stone and make wish.” Daizuigu Bosatsu is the mother of Buddha. |
Следовательно это камень, исполняющий желания и символизирующий лоно Матери Будды. В сказаниях собранных Рудзитисом тоже говорится о камнях, исполняющих желания. Трудно конечно сказать, насколько все это связано с данным конкретным камнем.
